"The children who are suppose to be protected,
Mandatory Federal Monitoring ordered after the gruesome early death of Faheem & repeated abuse, to this surving(now older)brothers.
SUCH FEDERAL MONITORING WAS APPROVED BY THE U.S.DISTRICT 3rd District Court, in regards to the horrific abuse suffered by faheem and his 2 other brothers. DCPP,DYFS,DCF failed the boys,as the agency has failed the family members, involving our founder. Ext. 806
A question that is still on one's mind, even with FAHEEM WILLIAMS case, and our founder children case is "why." When you're having 2 little girls, who simply, "went away on a holiday fourth of july visit, court ordered, who did not "live"at the home they were visiting, not returned, and later learn the horrific truth to their almost 8 years of TORTURE,on each level there is not enough compensation,to pay a family for that.
The girls belonging to our founder, Ms.Melendez,
just as faheem brothers, and little brothers of faheem,
in both cases as a expert agree has so many scary and frightening similarities, when both cases are being heard/shared/reviewed. REFORM, premise on little FAHEEM death was supposed to be visible. 1 expert ask, "where is it." Another expert cites," The fact you have workers who are still placing children at staid risk, prove that the reform just is not working." We can just pray to GOD one day... It will, because all children under state supervision deserve to be loved, cared for SAFE, healthy. RIP FAHEEM. "We will never forget." Even if the liable workers, employees for DYFS has..."
Founder's Family won right to see their $50 MILLION in damages, move forward, approved, as media validate, by the FEDERAL COURT JUDGE/MAGISTRATE all done PRO-SE self file.
Like the story of Faheem and his brothers, the owner/founder girls for some time were in a place that NO child deserve to be forced to live in.
The nightmare insofar as what has happened to them has shocked the conscience coast-to-coast,county to county, in their state,of all walks of life, whereas, the girls at times were not even together!(Yet, caseworker swore up and down they were. In Faheem case, caseworkers "put on the record, they did not have ANY INFORMATION, insofar as the boys being NOT with the parent." Yet later it came to light,"the truth." Analogous,to the founder lawsuit moving forward, the caseworkers said how they did not "know"and or had no info whereas, the girls were to be as mom already verified, apart." Workers clearly lied, falsified, and sadly it has harm her girls to no end,for almost eight years.
$50MILLION DOLLAR SUIT,HAS BEEN APPROVE BY THE SAME FEDERAL COURT, to move forward for damages, and we will keep you all posted.
God speed to us all. ext. 806
Wider Scope Lens into the devastation with the founder girls "home-life, after unwarranted CPS removal, where the torture, last for almost 8 years. ext. 806
Similarities, to the lawsuit filed on behalf of FAHEEM WILLIAMS ESTATE along with his 2 surviving now older brothers, clearly abused tortured when DYFS workers close the case early involving the Williams boys.
DYFS HAD ZERO EVIDENCE,(SUPPOSEDLY) THAT ANOTHER PERSON NAMED " MELINDA " ACTUALLY HAD THE BOYS? ~Star Ledger News & Trentonian News,Philadelphia Inquirer, cite such in their media news on such relevance, adding that THIS WAS A KEY factor,in relation to such liability et.al, and during the actual overall investigation, into how can a caseworker for CPS agency not "know?" Ext. 806
The boys were for some time being starved, not fed at times,as the ostensible caretaker, would keep food from the boys, starving them et.al., was malnourished.
Caseworker failed at times, to make all required MANDATORY check-ins, visits with the children.
Analogous to our founder injury, civil rights suit:
-DYFS employees claim to have "not known the girls were separated"after" the unwarranted removal from mom.
-DYFS/DCPP employees claim to have "no knowledge, the girls,or one was being removed from dad home & living in a foster home + group homes for years."
-DCPP claim to have "not participated" as told to mom, insofar as the girls being split-up, after all workers law guardian, et.al, swore the girls were "together, and living a good life" with the troubled ex spouse."
In the Faheem Williams tragic case many similarities exist, in regards to our founder 2 girls + little faheem williams." These are only a few.
Settlement was approve by the court, after all the fact(s)of horror was revealed RIP FAHEEM. We pray his brothers, by now are able to live a semi-normal life.
We pray them all ...
And we thank you all for routinely calling and asking how are Melendez girls doing and herself. ext. 806 God bless our family members from the horror by caseworkers, social workers,et.al, CPS nationwide, who continue to fail at protecting the state's most vulnerable, and that is OUR children. They should NEVER ever be forgotten. Not here, at the W.O.N.NETWORK. ext. 806
